We want you to feel fully confident with your GBRNN optical equipment. If something is not right, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

• Due to the precision nature of optical and electronic devices, returns with signs of wear or internal modification may not be accepted.

• Final-sale items or heavily discounted clearance products may be non-returnable.

Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. After approval, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or our mistake.

Exchanges

If you require a different model or need to replace a defective unit, we will assist in arranging an exchange when stock is available.
